We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with verified third-party service providers (like Stripe for payments) or venue partners when necessary to fulfill your ticket purchase or event entry.

All sensitive data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. Our payment processing infrastructure is PCI-DSS compliant, and we perform regular security audits.
05. Text Messages (SMS)
You only receive texts from TCKT if you ask for them. Entering your mobile number on an event's pre-sale drop page is how you opt in, and it opts you in to that event only. We use it to send you the ticket link when tickets go on sale — typically a single message per event you signed up for. We never text you marketing or promotional offers.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with any third party for marketing purposes. Numbers are passed only to the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf, and for no other reason.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for assistance. Opting out takes effect immediately and does not affect your tickets, your account, or the emails we send about a purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and delivery depends on your mobile carrier, which cannot guarantee that every message arrives.
